As a Founder and Principal of the Luk Real Estate Group, Kelvin always had a particular interest and passion for all things real estate. This led him to dive deep into the commercial real estate industry where he spent every day learning the intricacies of the industry with an aim to master it. Over two decades later, Kelvin’s consistent and unrivaled work ethic and creativity, paired with his wealth of knowledge in finance and real estate has cemented his outstanding reputation in the commercial real estate industry, securing his position as one of leading professionals and advisors in the marketplace. However, Kelvin’s success is not without its fair share of ups and downs.

Kelvin Luk is the Principal and Leader of the Luk Real Estate Group. Kelvin started his career in banking. He then transitioned to the commercial real estate industry and has been in this industry for over two decades. Kelvin’s wealth of knowledge in finance and in the real estate industry paired with unrivaled work ethics and impressive track record of the commercial real estate transactions.

As an advisor to the Luk Real Estate Group, Tony Letvinchuk has 35 years’ experience operating commercial real estate companies in Metro Vancouver. He is very familiar with all facets of managing, leasing, selling and financing income producing properties, comprising all asset classes, including development site and land assembly work.
