Kelvin Luk is the Principal and Leader of the Luk Real Estate Group. Kelvin started his career in banking. He then transitioned to the commercial real estate industry and has been in this industry for over two decades. Kelvin’s wealth of knowledge in finance and in the real estate industry paired with unrivaled work ethics and impressive track record of the commercial real estate transactions has cemented his outstanding reputation in the real estate industry and therefore, secured his position as one of the leading brokerage professionals and advisors in the marketplace. Throughout the years, Kelvin has received numerous accolades and recognition, being one of the top brokers in Canada.

As a highly driven leader with a client focused approach, Kelvin has built many great relationships over the past decade and has personally completed over $1 billion in total transactions and leased over 500,000 square feet of commercial leasing space. Kelvin has experience in all asset classes which extends across a wide spectrum of property sectors including Retail Investments, Mixed Use Assets, Multi-family, Industrial, Office and development Lands; including that of land assemblies and strata assemblies.

Kelvin graduated in 2004 with a specialization in Marketing Management and Commercial Real Estate. Born in Hong Kong, raised in Vancouver, Kelvin is bilingual and can speak both English and Chinese fluently, which is a great added value to international clients. Outside of his career, Kelvin loves to spend time with family, travel, experience different culture and is an avid foodie. Kelvin’s hobby includes his passion and love for cars and watches, the rarer the better. Just like real estate, he sees values in collecting and educating himself and others on some of the rarity and collectability of those two items.
