William Maunsell B COMM.

William is a Associate Vice President member of the Luk Real Estate Group. As a commercial estate professional for over 6 years, William prides himself in taking a sophisticated and personalized approach to address each client’s needs as investors and business owners. William has assisted his clients in the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of commercial properties totaling over $500 million in transaction value. His specialization in medical, dental, and related practice advisory guides his clients through the birth, expansion, succession planning of their practices. William’s experience spans a wide variety of asset classes including retail, mixed-use, industrial and development land.

William attended the University of Calgary where he obtained his Bachelor of Commerce with a specialization in Real Estate and Finance. While at the University of Calgary, William was the co-founder of the Real Estate Student Association and a winner of the NAIOP Battle of Alberta Case Competition. In addition to William’s deep-routed passion for real estate, he believes mentorship is essential to new broker success in commercial real estate. Throughout his career, William was fortunate enough to be mentored by Kelvin Luk, the leader of the Luk Real Estate Group and is now giving back as a mentor and leader to junior brokers.

During his down time, William loves to stay active and explore beautiful British Columbia through skiing, hiking, mountain biking and playing hockey. When he is able, William loves to travel and immerse himself in other cities through their food, culture, and architecture. William is an avid foodie and craft beer aficionado and enjoys experiencing new restaurants and breweries. Another hobby of William’s is music as he played drums in a rock band.
